Fault 1: When the automatic unpacking machine is running, the bag cutting position may deviate greatly, the color code gap is too large, the color code positioning contact is poor, and the photoelectric tracking compensation is out of control.
Solution: Re-adjust the position of the photoelectric switch or directly clean the molding machine, insert the packaging material into the paper guide, and adjust the position of the paper guide to make the light spot coincide with the color code.
Fault: During the operation of the automatic unpacking machine, if the starting capacitor is damaged, the paper feeding motor may be stuck, or the motor may be damaged and rotate out of control.
Solution: Check whether the paper feed lever is stuck, whether the starting capacitor is damaged, whether the fuse is faulty, and then replace it according to the inspection results.
Fault: automatic unpacking machine is not sealed or sealed tightly. Not only waste materials, but also because the materials are powdery, they are easy to spread and pollute the equipment and working environment of the automatic pellet packaging machine.
Solution: Check whether the packaging container meets the relevant regulations, take out the inferior packaging container and stop using it, and then try to adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature.
Fault four: automatic unpacking machine does not pull the bag, pull the bag motor chain off. The cause of this failure is nothing more than wiring problems. The airbag switch is damaged, the controller is faulty, and the stepper motor driver is faulty.
Solution: Check whether the proximity switch, controller and stepper motor of the automatic unpacking machine are damaged, and replace the damaged parts.
Fault: The packaging container is often torn open by the automatic granule packaging machine.
Solution: Check the motor circuit to see if the switch is damaged.
