Pipe chain conveying system
The pipe chain conveyor system is a continuous conveying system for conveying powder, small particles and small blocks of bulk materials, which can be transported horizontally, obliquely and vertically. In the closed pipeline, the material is driven along the pipeline by the chain piece. When conveying horizontally, the material particles are pushed by the chain in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between the material layer is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain piece to form a stable material flow. When conveying vertically, the material particles in the pipe are pushed upward by the chain piece. Because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding down and generates lateral pressure, the internal friction force of the material is enhanced. When the internal friction force between the material is greater than the external friction force between the material and the inner wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the material and the material, the material is transported upward with the chain sheet to form a continuous stream.
