The air flow may be generated by an air compressor or a Roots blower.

Start with the main components of a single gas delivery device. It includes a controller (PLC ), which is an important equipment of gas conveying equipment; a rotary claw-type long-distance pump (LDP) with variable speed drive (VSD) to generate different levels of deep vacuum; a material shuttle to store pre-programmed formula and communicate with PLC; patented pulse valve and servo valve; a distribution box; and a speed sensor.


Users can program the wave type, speed and delivery rate according to the specific requirements of each material pick-up. The PLC allows the gas delivery equipment to operate in regular dilute phase mode or dense and dilute phase modes depending on the selected LDP pump and recipe. For example, when the material needs to be transported over a long distance, the valve can be automatically adjusted so that the gas conveying equipment can convey the material under lower vacuum pressure and lower wave speed.
