Automatic unpacking machineIt is an automatic unpacking machine that can realize automatic unpacking, automatic unloading and recycling of empty bags. Early use of semi-automatic unpacking machine is controlled by personnel, unpacking, unloading process control. This kind of semi-automatic unpacking machine has many shortcomings, such as: it requires personnel to cooperate with each other to complete the operation, labor intensity is high, efficiency is not high, and it is easy to cause personal injury and environmental pollution.
In recent years, there have been a variety of automatic unpacking machines, such as screw crushers, multi-knife unpacking machines, saw blade unpacking machines, etc. These unpacking machines fix the unpacking mechanism at the periphery of the conveyor belt. When the bag runs forward on the conveyor belt, the unpacking mechanism unpacks the bag, and then the unpacking mechanism realizes the separation of the bag. However, these unpacking machines can only unpack bags of fixed size and are not suitable for handling different bags. When the cutting mechanism is cutting, the material bag and the conveyor belt are forced to produce relative movement.
The new type of automatic unpacking machine, because the automatic bag opening machine has a chain transmission assembly with adjustable spacing, can transport bags of different sizes, and the bag pressing mechanism presses the bag on the chain to prevent damage to the bag during cutting. When displacement occurs, the unpacking mechanism cuts the bottom of the material bag, so that all the materials fall into the material receiving machine under the action of gravity, and the empty bag compressor compresses and collects the empty bag. In addition, the spikes on the chain of the full-automatic unpacking machine make the bag conveying more stable; the front conveying mechanism can be connected to different transmission mechanisms, and there is no need to manually move the bag to the high conveying mechanism. Therefore, the automatic bag unpacking machine is more in line with ergonomic principles, has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, convenient layout, simple operation, etc., and is suitable for the dismantling of packaging bags of various specifications.
The front conveying mechanism of the automatic unpacking machine is arranged at the front end of the whole automatic unpacking machine. With linear transmission stroke or inclined transmission stroke, the material bag to be transported is transported from low to high and sent to the input end of the conveying mechanism. The conveyor belt 2 is driven by a conveyor belt motor 4, and the front guide plates 3 are located on both sides of the conveyor belt 2. The width of the front guide plate 3 can be adjusted to suit the situation of different material bags.
The discharge mechanism includes a material collector and an empty bag compressor. The material collector is arranged below the conveying mechanism for collecting the material in the material bag. When the bag is cut by a high-speed rotating blade, the material in the bag will fall into the collector under gravity. The collector is trumpet-shaped, the upper opening is larger than the lower opening, and the automatic unpacking machine makes all the materials fall into the collector. The lower end of the receiver can be connected to the material conveying device, which directly conveys the material to the production device, and can also be connected to a large material collection device.
WhenAutomatic unpacking machineWhen the bag is placed on the conveyor belt of the front conveying mechanism, the bag rises with the inclination of the conveyor belt. The material bags are transported from the conveyor belt to the power rolling mechanism by two chains. The spike on the chain pierces the bag and conveys the bag to the bottom of the bag pressing mechanism. The bag pressing wheel is pushed upward by the material bag, and at the same time, the bag pressing wheel also exerts downward force on the material bag to firmly clip the material bag on the chain. The chain continues to move forward, and the high-speed rotating blade cuts the bag. After the partner, the solid bag is cut by the blade, and the materials in the bag fall into the collector to collect the materials. The empty bag continues to move forward, the chain rotates downward, and the empty bag falls from the chain under the action of gravity, falls into the empty bag compressor, compresses and collects the empty bag, and realizes the empty material collection bag. At this point, the automatic unpacking machine realizes the complete separation of the material bag and the material.
