The front conveying mechanism of the automatic unpacking machine is arranged at the front end of the whole automatic unpacking machine. With linear transmission stroke or inclined transmission stroke, the material bag to be transported is transported from low to high and sent to the input end of the conveying mechanism. The conveyor belt 2 is driven by a conveyor belt motor 4, and the front guide plates 3 are located on both sides of the conveyor belt 2. The width of the front guide plate 3 can be adjusted to suit the situation of different material bags.

  

The discharge mechanism includes a material collector and an empty bag compressor. The material collector is arranged below the conveying mechanism for collecting the material in the material bag. When the bag is cut by a high-speed rotating blade, the material in the bag will fall into the collector under gravity. The collector is trumpet-shaped, the upper opening is larger than the lower opening, and the automatic unpacking machine makes all the materials fall into the collector. The lower end of the receiver can be connected to the material conveying device, which directly conveys the material to the production device, and can also be connected to a large material collection device.

The bag pressing wheel is pushed upward by the material bag, and at the same time, the bag pressing wheel also exerts downward force on the material bag to firmly clip the material bag on the chain. The chain continues to move forward, and the high-speed rotating blade cuts the bag. After the partner, the solid bag is cut by the blade, and the materials in the bag fall into the collector to collect the materials. The empty bag continues to move forward, the chain rotates downward, and the empty bag falls from the chain under the action of gravity, falls into the empty bag compressor, compresses and collects the empty bag, and realizes the empty material collection bag. At this point, the automatic unpacking machine realizes the complete separation of the material bag and the material.
