The higher the rotation speed of the tube chain conveyor shaft, the greater the friction between the oil seal and the shaft, the higher the temperature rise, and the shorter the service life of the oil seal. The main point of the design of the oil seal seat is to ensure the coaxiality of the oil seal seat hole and the rotating shaft, and at the same time ensure the margin requirement of the oil seal lip on the rotating shaft. However, in the actual operation of the equipment, it is very common that the bearing is damaged due to the failure of the oil seal and the powder flowing into the bearing.
The material entering the conveyor must be cleaned, and large impurities or fiber impurities enter the machine to cause blockage. Reduce the lateral size of the intermediate suspension bearing and reduce the possibility of blockage when the material passes through the intermediate bearing.
The pipe chain conveyor consists of a spiral shaft with spiral blades, a barrel and a bearing device. Considering the importance of sealing performance, the seal between the screw shaft and the bearing adopts double oil seal. The left oil seal prevents fine powder from entering the bearing seat, and the right oil seal prevents bearing grease from flowing into the cylinder along the axis to contaminate materials. Oil seal is also called rotating lip seal ring. In the free state, the inner diameter of the oil seal is smaller than the shaft diameter, that is, there is a certain amount of interference. After the oil seal is installed on the shaft, the pressure of the cutting edge and the contraction force of the self-tightening spring produce a certain radial tightening force on the sealing shaft, which can block the leakage gap and achieve the purpose of sealing.
Install silo material level meter and blockage sensor to realize automatic control and alarm. Open the jam-proof door on the discharge end plate. When it is blocked, due to the accumulation of materials, open the anti-blocking door and cut off the power supply through the travel switch.

Frequently check whether the chain is loose to prevent the chain from being stuck due to looseness during the operation of the equipment, causing accidents such as chain breakage in severe cases, or abnormal material transportation due to chain loosening.

If the chain can be lifted, the chain is loose; if it does not move, the chain is in a normal state. If the chain is loose, it is necessary to tighten the chain in the pipeline according to the expansion joint to keep the chain in a normal state.
