Positive pressure dilute phase conveying


It is the use of less than 1kg/cm2 gas pressure, the use of positive pressure (blowing type), at a higher speed to push or pull the material through the entire conveying line, so the conveying method is called low-pressure high-speed system, it has a high gas-material ratio.

The medium of positive pressure dilute phase conveying is generally air or nitrogen, the power supply is generally provided by Roots blower, and nitrogen generator is provided when nitrogen is transported. When the dilute phase of the Roots blower is transported, the material is suspended in the pipeline, and the transportation distance can reach 100 meters. The acceleration at the beginning of the system is about 600 m/min, and the high speed at the end can reach 2000 m/min, so the airflow speed is higher. The pressure at the beginning of the pipeline is generally lower than 0.05Mpa, while the end is basically close to atmospheric pressure.

Positive pressure dilute phase conveying system: suitable for single point to single point, single point to multipoint conveying.

 

 

System features

Since the system is under positive pressure, the sealing requirement is very high. If there is a leak, it will cause dust overflow at the feeding end or the whole system. The system material adopts blowing type, so the material at the end is easy to be discharged from the discharge port, so the structure at the end is relatively simple. However, the conveying temperature of the system is relatively high, and some special heat sensitive materials must be cooled. Roots blower is used as a power source, and the pressure cannot reach very high, therefore, the conveying distance and output cannot be the maximum value at the same time.
