Pouch Feeding

Small bag feeding is also called standard bag unpacking machine, manual unpacking machine or bag pouring station. Its body contains a filter and dust removal system with compact structure. The equipment is a set of combination, which is composed of artificial pouring silo (upper and lower pneumatic door), built-in dust collector, blanking cone, fan and electrical system. Dust-free operation and operation can be realized on site.

The materials poured into the silo shall be pretreated with equipment such as screen, breaker and flow aid according to needs, and then transported to the downstream device through screw conveyor, pipe chain conveyor or negative pressure or positive pressure conveying system of pneumatic conveying.

Principle description

The unpacked materials enter the cone inside the unpacking machine, and the overflowing dust is sucked and sent by the negative pressure air flow during the overflow process, and then is stopped by the filter element. The clean gas passes through the inside of the filter element and then is discharged through the fan. During the working process of the system, the filter element needs to be regularly blown by high-flow pulse blowing pressure due to the increase of filtration resistance, reduce or remove the material adsorbed on the surface, so that the running resistance of the fan is kept within the allowable range.
