Negative pressure dilute phase conveying


The negative pressure dilute phase conveying system adopts negative pressure Roots pump power source, the pipeline conveying pressure is in a low vacuum state, the pipeline wind speed is about 10-35m/sec, and the material is misty in the pipeline. The starting pressure of negative pressure conveying is equal to or close to atmospheric pressure, and the end pressure is between -10 and ~ 50Kpa, and the vacuum degree of the pipeline gradually increases along the conveying pipeline. Negative pressure dilute phase conveying system is also called vacuum dilute phase conveying system.

 

 

Features

1. The conveying vacuum pressure is lower than the ambient pressure, even if the pipeline is damaged, it will not cause material leakage and cause pollution to the environment.

Equipment manufacturing, maintenance requirements are low, the operability of workers is strong; can be transported over long distances.

3. The conveying gas (usually air) is taken directly from the atmosphere, and the temperature of the gas is the ambient temperature; the pipeline material has a certain friction temperature rise;

4. Conveying is continuous or intermittent, the wind speed in the pipeline is high, and there is no material accumulation;

5. Can realize multi-point feeding, multi-point unloading;

6. Gas power source is generally vortex pump, Roots vacuum pump, no direct contact with the material, long service life;

7. Strong adaptability to conveying materials, powder and granular materials can be smoothly conveyed; especially suitable for self-adhesive materials;

The environmental pollution is small, but the dust removal area is high.
